Fitting a bike to a rider is an important process that directly affects the ride quality and comfort of a bike - but it's one we can't tackle online.
It is possible to give you some rough guidelines based on height, (see table below), but these are only a starting point for a proper bike fitting with your local dealer.
The only way to be certain of the right size is to visit an authorized Giant retailer. The experts at your Giant retailer are skilled at bike fitting and will help find the appropriate bike and size to fit your individual needs. This is because each person's physical dimensions and attributes (arm, torso, or femur length; flexibility, skill level; etc) are slightly different, which can lead to different frame size requirements even for people of the same height.
If you're between sizes, it's generally best to go with the smaller size. It's easier to make a smaller frame fit a little larger than vice versa.
Standard Mainland UK Delivery – We offer FREE DELIVERY* on all items to UK Mainland addresses. In stock items are usually delivered within 2-4 working days, out of stock items may take longer. Bikes & Large/Expensive items are sent by courier which is a trackable service & must be signed for at the delivery address. Parts & Accessories are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. Items over £50 are sent Recorded Signed For.
Collect in Store – FREE Your order will be available to collect in store once you have been notified by email that your order is in stock and available for collection usually within 24 hours.
UK Next Day Delivery – £8.95 Goods will be processed as a priority and shipped via Courier for next working day delivery (excluding Saturday)
- If your order is made before 12pm Monday-Thursday, it will be shipped for the next working day delivery.
- If your order is made after 12pm or on a non-working day it will take 1-2 working days for delivery.
- All parcels shipped by UK Next Day will have to be signed for at the place of delivery.
- Bank holidays will add an extra working day to the estimated delivery lead times.
- The UK Next Day delivery option is not available on out of stock items.

Delivery is charged per item for bikes. If a bike contains bulky items and/or Parts & Accessories, only the bike delivery charge is applied.
Bulky Items – This Includes Frames, Turbo Trainers, Workstands, Bike Bags, Car Racks, Wheels, Forks
Delivery is charged per item for bulky items. If a bulky item order contains Parts & Accessories, only the bulky item delivery charge is applied.
Parts & Accessories – This includes all other product types.
Lost or Delayed Items
When using Royal Mail we cannot class an item as lost until 15 working days (Mon-Fri) has elapsed. Only after this time would we be able to send a replacement or issue a refund. (For which we then launch a compensation claim with Royal Mail)

At Buckingham Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please feel free to return your goods within 28 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund.
Any item including bikes (but with the exception of food) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is received by us in an unused condition in or with its original packaging and with a completed Returns Form.
Online returns can be returned by post or to our store.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & Debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid Returns Form.
Returning your purchase by post
To return your purchase by post complete our Returns Form stating whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please provide us with details of why you wish to return your purchase, as your input is invaluable to us when reviewing the products we stock.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging an including all warranty cards, manuals and accessories).
Send your goods securely packaged by the cheapest recorded delivery method, including a copy of your receipt and the Returns Form to:

If an item is faulty or an incorrect item has been sent we are unable to refund the postage cost you have incurred, but can offer a store credit for the value of the postage fee. We wont credit the full postage cost if an expensive service has been used if a cheaper alternative was available e.g. Using Special Delivery when 1st Class Recorded could have been used.
Returning Bicycles / Bulky Items
If you wish to return bikes or bulky items such as bikes, forks, turbo trainers please contact our Returns Department to arrange a special courier collection. Contact us on 01296 482077 or via our email address available in our contact us section.
We can arrange collection for you from your home or work address, using our couriers (NB all postages costs are payable by you), Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm
Please be aware that rebooking fees will be applied if you miss a pick up arrangement.
Please note: Depending on the reasons for returning an item a charge may be incurred for this service.
If you wish to return an item that is unsuitable or not required you will be liable for the return delivery. If you wish to then try a different size or style, delivery will be charged again to post the item back to you. Please contact us for further advice.
