You won't get ripped off, you’ll get your parts and we’ll sort out any problems you have. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, (see Returns for Refund) up to 7 days from receipt.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We operate a no quibble money back policy on all goods returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

In accordance with the Law you have a 7 day cooling off period in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.  You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase.  Should you choose to cancel, we will refund your payment in full within 30 days via the same payment method that was originally made.

When returning goods wrap the product carefully to avoid damage, return the goods by recorded delivery, registered post or by courier (proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery) please remember to contact us before sending any goods back.  Include your name, address and a copy of your purchase receipt.

Shipping

We can only deliver within the UK including Northern Ireland and BFPO.

Credit cards will not be debited until the day of despatch.

Delivery is usually within 2 working days, items showing 5-7 days despatch are not necessarily in stock so please allow up to 14 days for delivery and if the item is out of stock with the manufacturer the delivery may be longer but we will endeavour to notify you of any such availability issues.

Next day delivery before 4pm is available on items that are in stock as long as the order is received before 3pm on the day prior to the required delivery day.

As standard all bikes are built and checked over in our workshop.  They are then thoroughly protected and boxed ready for transit.  Upon delivery, the bike will need basic assembly, such as pedals, front wheel and handlebars attached.  As with all bikes that are bought in our store, every bike is entitled to a free 60 day check up.  It is the customers responsibility to return the bike to us and arrange collection or take it to our workshop.

  Pricing

Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)* at the standard UK rate of 17.5%.

Payment

Buckingham Bikes accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. We only bill your card when your order is ready to be dispatched.
